 Moe Ross, M.Ed. and Rick Atwater, M.S. LCPC authored The Marriage Matrix at the pinnacle of their careers. They each have 30 years of experience as professional counselors; and 20 years as marriage partners. Their blended family now includes grandchildren. 
They currently co-direct a counseling center outside of Chicago, Northwest Community Counseling. Both Moe and Rick are authors, lecture nationwide and provide training and consultation in the corporate area.
Moe and Rick each have the ability to think outside the box. Through their extensive experience, they bring extraordinary intuition, empathic listening and creativity. They offer unique insights and alternatives which bring new definition and vision to marriage.
